The Common Admission Test (CAT) is a computer based test for admission in graduate management programs. The test consists of three sections: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning ,and Quantitative Ability.
XAT is a challenging entrance exam for MBA programs in India, conducted annually by XLRI Jamshedpur. It’s important for getting into many prestigious MBA colleges in India. The full form of XAT is “Xavier Aptitude Test.” It happens once a year in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode, lasting 3 hours. XAT is an MBA or PGDM admission test in XLRI and other top MBA colleges, including IMT Ghaziabad, SPJIMR Mumbai, TAPMI Manipal, XIMB Bhubaneswar, and 150 other top Indian MBA colleges.
The XAT exam has four parts which include multiple-choice questions and the duration of examination is 180 minutes.
ATMA (AIMS Test for Management Admissions) is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) for admission to MBA/PGDM and other postgraduate management programmes in various B-schools across India.
The ATMA 2025 syllabus is not prescribed by AIMS but it outlines the section-wise topics that the students need to study to ace the ATMA exam. The ATMA 2025 question paper consists six sections, i.e. Analytical Reasoning (Part I and II), Quantitative Skills (Part I and II) and Verbal Skills (Part I and II).
Analytical Reasoning (Part I and II) will have 60 questions from topics such as Critical Reasoning, Coding and Decoding, Syllogisms, Arguments and Statements, Data Sufficiency, Statements and Conclusions, Strong and Weak Arguments, Arrangements, Blood Relations, etc.
Quantitative Skills (Part I and II) will have 60 questions from topics such as Arithmetic, Algebra, Modern Math, Geometry, Number System, Average, Percentage, Profit and Loss, Ratio and Proportion, Permutation and Combination, Time, Speed and Distance, Quadratic Equations, etc.
The Verbal Ability (Part I and II) section will have 60 questions from topics such as Grammar, Sentence Completion, Jumbled sentences, Vocabulary, Read Comprehension, Phrases, Synonyms and Antonyms, etc.
Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a standardised National Level test being administered since 1988 to facilitate Business Schools (B-Schools) to screen candidates for admission to MBA and allied programmes. Govt. of India, Ministry of Education approved MAT as a national level test in 2003. MAT is now a new-age entrance test with streamlined exam sections, updated content focus, and concise exam duration. The largest test of its kind in the nation, MAT will continue to be your passport to over 600 B-Schools across India.
The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a National Level Entrance Examination for admission to Management Programme(s) in the country. This Test facilitates AICTE affiliated participating Institutions to select suitable graduate candidates for admission to the Management Courses in such Institutions.
