When is CUET 2024?
The NTA has officially announced that the CUET UG 2024 will be conducted between May 15 – 31, 2024. Students should be well aware of this, as it will enable them to comprehensively strategize their CUET preparation and maximize their score.
The detailed announcement regarding the entire CUET 2024 timeline is expected to be announced soon. Aspiring students must keep a tab on all the necessary updates regarding CUET 2024. The same will be updated here as well.

CUET 2024 Exam Pattern
There is no significant change expected in the CUET 2024 exam pattern. According to the latest pattern, the CUET paper is divided into three sections and the exam will be held in three different slots. The three sections of CUET UG 2024 are – Section I – (A & B) language test, Section II – domain subjects, and Section III – general test. In total, a candidate can choose a maximum of 10 subjects combining all three sections of CUET UG.

The NTA is expected to follow the same marking scheme for CUET 2024 as it was in the previous year. Which is, 5 marks for every correct attempt, and 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect attempt. However, there will be no penalty for unattempted questions in CUET.

In case of any dropped question in CUET UG (Question for which no correct options were available), full marks will be awarded to the students who have attempted it.
CUET UG Application Form
To date, only the CUET UG 2024 exam dates have been announced by the NTA. There is no official confirmation regarding the exact timeline of CUET 2024, the details are expected to be announced soon. The CUET UG registration is expected to begin in February, 2024. As and when the application form is released, the candidates can fill it out by visiting the official website of CUET. First, they will need to do their CUET registration, and subsequently fill out the CUET 2024 application form before the last date. The students are advised to go through the detailed notification thoroughly before filling out the CUET UG form.
The first step in filling out the CUET 2024 form is CUET registration. Candidates must follow these steps to fill out the CUET UG 2024 form:
Step 1: Click on the “Register” button for fresh CUET UG registration.
Step 2: Download and read the Information Bulletin carefully before applying.
Step 3: Fill out the CUET 2024 registration form which includes filling out personal details and address. Choose the password and enter the security pin, then click on Submit.
Step 4: Validate the details in the preview application section and then click on “Submit and Send OTP on mobile”. If required, candidates can edit their credentials at this stage.
Step 5: Complete the verification process by entering the OTP received on the registered mobile number/email ID.
After students complete their CUET 2024 registration process, they can log in to their dashboard by entering the login details and start filling out the CUET UG application form for the year 2024.

CUET UG Application Fees
There is a nominal fee charged by the NTA for filling out the CUET UG 2024 form. Candidates need to pay the CUET 2024 application fee in the final step of filling out the form. The detailed CUET UG application fees are mentioned in the table below.

CUET UG 2024 Admit Card
The admit card for CUET 2024 is the hall ticket to the examination room. Without the CUET UG 2024 Admit Card, a candidate will not be allowed to enter the center on the exam day. Students must ensure that they download the CUET UG 2024 admit card, take a printout, and don’t forget to carry it with them to the examination center on the day of their CUET exam.
A separate exam city slip and admit card for CUET UG will be issued by the NTA. Candidates need to log in to their dashboard on the official website of CUET 2024 and directly download it by entering the required credentials.
How to download the CUET 2024 admit card?
Candidates can download the CUET UG admit card by following the steps mentioned below:
- Visit the official website of the CUET 2024.
- Click on the “Download Admit Card” tab.
- A new admit card window will appear on the screen.
- Enter the required credentials in the given space.
- Click on the “Login” tab
- Next, the CUET admit card will appear on the screen.
- Download and take a printout for future reference.
